I've always felt the answer is a very robust Inheritance Tax. Like.... no tax on the first $10mil, but anything above that is taxed at a super high rate.

I know people hate everything along the Dan Ryan..... but I think having that much vacant land around the 35th street RI Metra with both Red and Green lines right there is ridiculous

The cool little thing about plants like this is the lake. I know that the plant in Clinton, IL is oddly enough a big Jetski destination because the water is basically a heated lake.

I can live with the design if it functionally helps keep people warm in the winter.... but it probably won't... or provide a direct connection to the Red Line without having to walk outside.

I think people wouldnt dunk on it if it wasn't getting shut down for just basically cosmetic reasons.
