i get a bit wary when i see folks waxing poetic about how lovely and utopian bluesky is. like im genuinely glad people feel safer here but platforms are not your friends and i feel like a lot of folks are setting themselves up for another round of crushing disappointment in the long run

the world really does just keep going regardless huh
