Questions are generally a good thing, as is humility.
Union carpenters… yeah that group that stood alone in the trades in pushing yimby legislation across the finish line… why not attack them?

I see parallels in UC professors vs adjunct professors, please, continue with your rationalization.

That’s a backwards viewpoint that won’t hold looking forward, and in any case is more about benefits rather than actual wages. Who needs healthcare anyway, right? And credibility of BLS data?

Interesting that you frame prevailing wage requirement as:
“requirements that developers pay way-above-market wages”

prevailing wages = defacto market wages and do not require union workers just fair market wages, and the previous immigrant sector of construction workers is now decimated. See Texas

Forever looking for a place to blame for lack of needed housing, and this attempt is misplaced. 3.5 million units needed is orders of magnitude larger than anything attributed to freeways.

Please clarify, the stay remains in place but the lawsuit filed in Texas will continue, and may result in a win for the plaintiff? Is it just that that lawsuit will not play out until after the Nov 26 mid-terms?

The study you linked to generated a lot of scholarly response, and even the author backed down off that claim.
