Slacking on my southern brewery tour update. Yesterday, I hit up Hyde Brewing and enjoyed their hazy IPA, and they have a great little mexican restaurant in the brewpub. Elsa's enchiladas, yum! Today, I'm at 6 Bridges Brewing. Had their West Coast IPA and Marzan! They have a great BBQ joint there!!
