There's no way I'd punch down, as I'm like the majority im near the bottom rung.
I have no problem with people getting the benefits they need and deserve. The motobility scheme over here seems extreme to me.

The figures here are astronomical, it's around 18% in UK, but here is nearly 50% off all new cars purchased.
Every other new car you see on the road is a motobility car.

I visit the Quoile quite regularly, and there is loads (my hometown). Never seen so many in one place before.

It's a yearly thing, wee Christmas presents for friends. The requests increase every year.
