I've also not done housing and don't think I will either until more zones open up that I'm interested in. So probably skipping that for time being also.

It's so not worth the grind at all. I just level up as normal and get gear from quests when it comes out.

Oh yeah, I would if in that position fail anyone with a not a F but a U as in non-markable which is worse than the lowest grade you can get.

It's the billionaire and billionaire corporations fault, they think they can continue to make money by sucking it dry everywhere else.

And since wages etc are so low, plus other expenses like medical bills etc, they're not going to fork out monthly subs to help back this back.

Each company would need 90-100% marketshare from say us the consumers to even make back that money spent over 10 years or so but that's never going to happen.
So yeah, you're going to lose money here, more the longer you stay hoping to make profit.
