Yeah selling so well they can only open the order books up for a few weeks at a time before closing them again. Used extensively in the outback by Flying Doctors for example due to the large cargo door and the ability to land on almost anything. Over 300 delivered now.

It's the N and S American finishing facility. The interior and sometimes the paint is done here prior to delivery. It's gets the aircraft out of the factory faster.
