LOL the Washington Post replaced its archive search tool with an AI that tries to summarize the archive ahead of delivering any actual stories, and which only ranks its findings by "relevance," with no option to rank them by date

1958: NYC novelty beach accessories maker Bonne Age got into hot water with the FBI for a confederate money towel design--their "zany" design was meant as snark, not affiliation. The FBI actually ordered a redesign of the towel!, they then swapped Rutherford B Hayes in a monocle for Jefferson Davis.
