Everyone. I finally cleaned all of the kitchen, not just small parts. I also made a very awesome lunch, washed a bunch of hands wash only stuff I've been putting off and have everything for tomorrow ready to go. Now I just need to stop reading and sleep (no I never even got a nap this evening).

It's so cold this morning and going to snow all day until I get off work. The roads are going to be a nightmare later.

I opted to make the lunch I didn't make last night and get the new door decorations ready for the classroom that I failed to do over break. Everything now smells like mandarins no matter how much I've washed my hands.

This is not the day to lay awake in the dark from 4:30am until the alarm goes off at 7am. I don't want this. Going to keep trying to sleep though.

I am not remotely ready for work tomorrow in any respect of the word.

We went to the last night of holiday lights at the local museum in Shelburne. It's filled with Americana, especially old relocated buildings and a huge steamboat that in summer you can go inside but in winter they do this insane outdoor light exhibition.

It is a tropical 13°F today and I think it's just going to stay there this week forever.

I am trying for small actions that make the house better. There's still lots of sad deferment happening that was not helped by the derailment of the Great Victorian Illness.

I am cleaning out all the cupboards of expired food like crackers we only ate half of that are stale now or that can of something we were going to use in a recipe but didn't back in 2023.
