If you are on Medicare, go to Medicare.gov. Find the link that says "Open More Options", scroll down on the page that opens up, find the link that says "Download my data" and download your data.
Download a copy of your Medicare card.
You want all this in your own hands these days.

American citizens:
Go to Social Security website (SSA.GOV), and download your earnings record.
If you are on Social Security, download your current social security statement, your benefit verification letter and your current tax form. Downloading a PDF of your welcome page is also good idea.

I saw a Cabaret last night on Broadway. I had seen other productions in the past, and I had seen the movie. I thought that this production was brilliant and moving and so highly relevant to our times as to be frightening.
