PS4 in 2027 is hilarious
Honestly my main takeaway from #TheGameAwards this year is that it's concerning how many traditionally multi-platform games are now skipping bothering to release on Xbox.
It's also funny to see games like Mega Man coming to PS4 in 2027 when the PS6 is supposed to release.

I haven't actually finished my recent playthrough of Prime 1 Remastered though so I'm actually gonna wrap that up before starting Prime 4. Hopefully I don't get spoiled until then! 😅
Went to pickup my copy of Metroid Prime 4 earlier today!
Crazy to think the game is finally here on the Switch 2 considering this game was first announced before I even owned my original Nintendo Switch.

So what are people's thoughts on Kirby Air Riders?
This is the only Switch 2 first party game since the console's launch I decided to skip. I wasn't particularly interested in what I was seeing in the Sakurai Directs and playing the Global Test Ride only cemented that this game wasn't for me.

So what are people's thoughts on Kirby Air Riders?

I recently started playing Metroid Prime Remastered for the first time in preparation for Beyond and idk how my brain imagined the Prime series was different from the core games but my mind was kinda blown when I quickly realized Prime plays exactly like 2D Metroid but just now in 3D! 🤯

Sorry there haven't been any streams recently btw. The last few weeks have been pretty busy. I'm hoping to get back to continuing our Pokemon Legends Z-A streams soon. I'm also planning to resume the Zelda TotK streams shortly after for those who've been wondering about those.

I've been so annoyed at Nintendo for treating Metroid Prime 4 as an afterthought in all of its presentations so far.
Like, this feels like it should be considered Nintendo's next big AAA blockbuster game that could be a real system seller but instead it keeps getting short and very plain trailers.

I'm surprised Nintendo repeated the mistake of announcing DLC before a game's release.
Apparently they didn't learn anything from the outrage people had when they did the same thing for Zelda BotW's DLC before release.
Unsurprisingly people are mad.

Welcome back Skylanders: Swap Force and Skylanders: SuperChargers!... It's like you never left!
Overall I think the Nintendo Direct was pretty good!
Nothing too mind-blowing in terms of surprise announcements and a few questionable decisions but we finally have a good idea of the schedule for the next six months and there were quite a bit of games shown overall.

Ngl, the more I play Drag X Drive the more I'm starting to really like it!
The fact that my arms and wrists are in progressively less pain with each new day I play it also helps! 😉
