Seriously, I know there are arguments for whether to stay on Standard or Daylights, but either is better than switing twice a year! Pick one and let people have flexible schedules to adapt accordingly.

I recently made a comic complaining that NASA refuses to listen to my good ideas for improving the Solar System (xkcd.com/2750).
To my delight, NASA’s Science Mission Directorate has sent me an actual expert panel evaluation of my “flatten the planets” proposal! Sadly, they decided not to fund it.

Never has it been more clear that California is not built for rain than after 3 straight days of it. Lesson for driving in the rain 1: do not drive into even a foot of water since that can carry away your car. But especially do not drive into water higher than your car (pic from a CNN article)
