Here, he finds a vendor who sells portraits. Per terms of utube services, I'm assuming this picture Kurt is holding up of Hitler had to be blurred. He had many kind things to say about Hitler during this scene, including calling Hitler uncle.

It's wild how Utube personalities are spreading Nazi propaganda. Here, Kurt Caz, with his 3.26 million followers, references Hitler fondly in several instances. We can't underestimate the influence these folks have.
