This is not a hard case - she was, on video, deliberately failing at her customer service job. She didn't slip up and make a mistake.

Almost every other example provided to support the authors case was not this, and seemed to be made in bad faith.

I would not have considered it diagnostic because I had no symptoms, it was just for screening. The office coded it as screening as well. Regardless, it is subject to interpretation and the whims of the insurance company, and there is no way to know the cost in advance.

Only under certain scenarios, and it has to be coded correctly, and even then its not guaranteed. My doctor ordered a colonoscopy because I had a type of skin lesion associated with colon cancer. I was under 45 so it wasn't covered, and I finally gave up fighting the insurance co after a few months.

I think they've internalized grievance to the point where it's going to be impossible to remove it. It's part of right-wing culture now and its not acceptable to be satisfied.

The IG report says that they had to complete their analysis based primarily on the Atlantic article because the original chat was deleted. They verified its accuracy against the information they received from DoD, so Hegseth doesnt have much credibility here.
