I thought this nightmare would last a few years and democracy would right itself. I thought we would come out the other side of this a stronger nation. I no longer believe that. This is the era of violence and fear. The end of everything, brought to you by social media.

I'm having a really hard time understanding why we have to beg our politicians not to hurt us. That is literally what we're asked to do everyday. Call, email, text the people who were elected to serve us and beg them please to not hurt us any further. Does anybody else see how sick this is? 😢

I’ve been obsessed with Loowit for 45 years. Robert Landsburg is one of my heroes. That man had courage and was able to think to preserve that film, even though he was about to die.

What I find most upsetting is how violently the ‘mine before thine’ mentality has bubbled to the surface. It’s the “It’s okay if other people are getting hurt, as long as me and mine are fine,” mentality that gets me down. I just can’t get behind that. If you’re not ok, friend, then neither am I.
