GOP cands are elected Pres/VP in 2028, Trump becomes House Speaker (because nothing in Constitution prevents him from being voted into that position), Pres/VP then resign and Trump becomes Pres again.

This article says the house doesn’t have to elect a member to be Speaker and that if they did, it would likely lose court challenges.
Could this happen?

Does the speaker have to be a member of the House? The Constitution is silent on that question.
