Conflicts of Interest: Any person elected as President must divest from all potential conflicts of Interest, including business holdings where they have a controlling stake.

Presidential Pardons: They should not be used to shield the President, their Cabinet, or family members from accountability for illegal acts.

Executive Orders: If challenged, they should be immediately suspended. Legislative powers lie with the elected officials of Congress and should not be circumvented except in times of war or disaster.

I also request that the court consider and recommend that limitations are placed on all holders of public office to prevent perversion and abuse of the Constitution and our nation by instituting the following:

I humbly disagree and feel that these acts are for the betterment and enrichment of the citizen, Donald J. Trump, and the billionaires who are profiting on his policies, and not for the well-being and prosperity that we as a nation desire or deserve.

I implore you to uphold the oath you swore and act against the disregard for the rule of law exhibited by President Donald J. Trump and his administration. These actions, justified as “official acts,” often appear to serve personal interests rather than the well-being and prosperity of the nation.

This Court, however, carries an even greater responsibility. Each of you has sworn to administer justice without respect to persons, to do equal right to the poor and the rich, and to faithfully discharge the duties of your office under the Constitution.

They swore an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

I write with hope for the future and fear for the present. My concern stems from my family’s legacy of service. My father, Robert W. Ladensack, Jr., and his forebears served honorably in the Marines, Army, and Navy.

I humbly request that this Court reconsider its position regarding presidential immunity and reverse its judgment that a President is immune from civil and criminal prosecution for their official acts.

This letter is not written from a partisan perspective but as a citizen of the United States of America, witnessing the crumbling of our democracy.
