Conflicts of Interest: Any person elected as President must divest from all potential conflicts of Interest, including business holdings where they have a controlling stake.

Presidential Pardons: They should not be used to shield the President, their Cabinet, or family members from accountability for illegal acts.

Executive Orders: If challenged, they should be immediately suspended. Legislative powers lie with the elected officials of Congress and should not be circumvented except in times of war or disaster.

Isn’t this one of the main purposes of the uniform code of military justice? Especially when laws are being broken and multiple crimes are being committed.
