It snowed a bit this morning (didn't stick much). We walked over to my eye doctor's office to see about my watery right eye. My tear ducts are clogged, so I got this little pack that you warm up in the microwave and hold on your eye, then you gently massage your eye. Hopefully, that will fix it.

I went to get an #MRI on my head this morning because a few months ago, I had 4 or 5 migraines (I usually only get them 0-3 times per year). They're not painful, for the most part, but I get the aura, which causes me to have blurry vision for about a half an hour, and some light sensitivity.

I made little holiday goodie bags for the other students in the painting class. The bags are small but hold quite a lot. I put in 3 cookies (the ones I made last night), candy canes, a Little Debbie gingerbread man, and assorted wrapped holiday chocolates.

I made these #blondies AKA #butterscotchbrownies as well. I sprinkled some red and green sugar on the top to make them a little more festive! I had planned to make a 3rd kind of cookie as well, but it's late, and I need to get a few hours' sleep.

These are my favorite #cookies🍪 to make. I use the basic #Tollhouse #recipe, but I mix it all together with my #Cuisinart #foodprocessor, and then I add in the package of #semisweet #chocolatechips and a half bag of #whitechocolatechips .

Got the #tree started.... just have to put on #ornaments and #tinsel! I had to solve a problem with the lights, but I'm very proud that I figured it out. 😁 With the revolving tree stand, there's one plug for one string of lights. Otherwise, the lights would get tangled when it turns. ...

My good old high school friend, Susie, sent me this photo of her with one of my foster sisters, Debbie! I've known them both for about 50 years. They both live in North County still and know each other through their church activities! So great to see them both looking so well! 😍
