The Danes approach is a masterclass in tax reform. Unlike NZ, their working groups are less infested with partisan lobbying, probably due to the deep history of how tax is regarded by Scandinavian countries (Swedens "Right from the Start" is worth a read).

I've suggested to a PA town that they could start building a courthouse and detention centre now. It could become a memorial once the thousands of thugs have been tried. Nuremberg, PA is geographically quite a good location.
