We can get close. The GOP ran on closing the Dept of Education and it’s pretty much done. They’ve hollowed out EPA (staffing reductions at 20% with stated goals higher) and they’ve undone key regulations and completely changed everything inside. Dems can gut DHS and functionally abolish it.
