Actualizo mi entrenamiento con la jaula de #chastity, está semana empecé con 4 horas y fui aumentando el objetivo en 1 hora cada día, hice más tiempo muchos días, el sábado me rete con 12 horas y empalme con las 10 del domingo, no me la he quitado desde ayer a las 11:30 am, aún la llevo

Después de que las rozaduras se me curarán hoy me he vuelto a poner la jaula, el plan eran 4 horas pero he estado 5 para ir compensando el tiempo q he estado sin usarla

Me han salido rozaduras de usar la jaula, tenía un planning de horas para esta semana y es posible q no pueda terminarlo, porque me faltan aun por completar 26h y 25 min, asiq pregunto por aquí, debería añadir el tiempo q me falte de esta semana para la que viene?
