ROI of CO2(GHG) should be more important than simple ROI of money.
i.e. ROI CO2 = (amount of CO2 emissions reduced during the lifetime of a given project) / (amount of CO2 emissions for project execution + amount of CO2 emissions for recycling at end-of-use).
