if you want to be xtra safe, any foods you buy for your animals will normally indicate if they've been precooked. most of the raw diets i'm seeing that are offered are explicitly marketed as raw! i hope this is helpful, sorry for being kinda wordy

hi! I'm not the original poster, but as an animal science major i would say most definitely! fancy feast and other canned foods are normally cooked beforehand, and stored safely preventing bacteria and disease (such as bird flu). so yeah! should be all good :3
