Why are you showing me stock market metrics? Palantir is a publicly traded company that have zero say over who buys their stock and at what price they do it? Go look at their business metrics (commercial is up to 120% YoY growth, Gov is over 50%). That is not consulting company business metrics.

I’m pretty sure the current F-150 has several different bed length options depending on the buyers needs? Not doubting how dumb some folks are to buy them for aesthetics but as a non truck owner I’ve had to rent them for various reasons over the years (not to mention their value for towing).

I guess I should go with your word on it instead of the hundreds of publicly available use cases within the government and enterprise space that say otherwise and continue reupping contracts with the company as it’s become mission critical for them otherwise, lol.

Where's the quote that shows that Palantir believes that manned jets are obsolete or are heading that way? You can have both jets/carriers/submarines AND have autonomous weapon systems? it's not binary.

I'd be shocked if you could find anyone in senior military leadership who believes that CENTCOM or whoever else is worse off for having a streamlined, fault resilient digital kill chain for mission critical military operations but if that's your opinion, so be it.

Palantir has an area of expertise and they operate in it. They are a software company. They partner with companies like Lockheed and what not. I fail to understand how this translates to Palantir wants to eliminate everything they’re not involved in?

Sorry let me be more specific. Do you have any direct evidence that Palantir has said or done anything that you’re accusing them of? Or any quotes from senior military leadership suggesting such? Right now it sounds like Palantir is just a vague boogeyman that you’re pinning stuff on.

I’m a vote blue no matter who dem who’s been deeply invested into palantir since day 1. I’m not the biggest fan of how their ceo Karp handles himself in interviews nowadays but this leftist idea that we need bad software or dysfunction/inefficiency within our government and enterprise space kills me

right or wrong it's smart for him to be outwardly vocal about acts of antisemitism even when it's just vandalism moving forward. there's still uneasy jewish dems who voted cuomo last night that are going to be needed to turn out and vote 1 year from now and we can't have them feeling ostracized.

virginia is on its way to helping out the dems with their redistricting as well. texas gerrymander might not be as effective as they think either since they're going off data from 2024 where hispanics went very right - data shows hispanics are gonna launch back left and then some due to ICE.

these states are very low in population as well, which makes flipping them blue quickly much more feasible. the only way it could be stopped would be at the point of creation by the state/local governments stopping you from obtaining the proper permits to build.

best bang for your buck would be building a mega college campus + tech headquarters between montana, wyoming and south dakota. build an airport. bring a sports team or two there. if you develop things correctly you could in theory own 6 federal senators within 1 single tri-state greater metro area
