People’s willful ignorance is so astonishing because people will reject the evidence of their eyes for the figments of their mind, they’ll sew together disparate things, but deny reality that confronts them.

Those same laws that protect Mickey Mouse, are a real monopoly on actual creation, not just an idea.

I’m pretty against “intellectual property” I think it’s a degenerate notion. But I’m on board with people making money from the products they make, such as art.
