honestly the only reason I haven't switched is compatibility really. i dunno how obs, vtube studio and especially steam works on linux. though afaik steam doesn't work too bad now cause of steam deck being linux.

open-shell to the rescue!! even the win10 search bar/start menu sucks honestly, I've been using openshell for some I don't know how many years now and it just *works* it doesn't shove ads in your face, doesn't conflate local resources with web pages. it does what a search bar SHOULD. get it here!
