Fo what it’s worth, what helps me in those situations is to focus on “Does worrying about this change anything?” Not really. I’m doing everything I need to be doing.

Totally true - when I'm bombarded by huge bara art, AI pics of guys with unattainable physiques, and lying "natural" gym bros, it's impossible to not have your own view of your body feel inadequate.
