Down is a Orchid Dusk Wisp, while often mistaken for a Demon or A Spirit, the closest relative to a Dusk Wisp is actually a wolf. Current theories are that the war between Anariadite and Tokkari [The first hosts of the sigils of Death and Life] caused unusual yet severe mutations in some creatures from the magic used. Had Mother Gaia and Lakano [The first host of the sigil of Soul] not interfered, it would have been likely that Verinia would be a magic wasteland full of unstable mutated creatures. Luckily the effects from the war were contained to one spot. Any creatures like Dusk wisps now are likely descendants of the actual mutated animals. And not actually mutants themselves as that war happened nearly 19 million years ago. Bella dyes part of her bangs light blue and 2 strips of her hair purple. (She also dyes two strips of the fur on each tail purple) but her natural hair color is white
Before the experiments she suffered through, she was blonde
