All you MAGA types, be aware... Just because Trump says there are ‘two sexes’ does NOT mean it is true.
Science, facts tell us sex is not binary. wapo.st/4i20QaY
Trump says there are ‘two sexes.’ Experts and science say it’s not binary.
The president’s executive order signaled an intention to narrowly define the sexes, but experts say he is oversimplifying the intricate nature of human biology.

Again, buyer beware. Trump has neither the authorization nor an appropriation to fund this, and is bound by a law limiting the value of such payments to $25K. Inducing people into an agreement you can’t and won’t perform is called “fraud in the inducement.”

This guy is intentionally skewing words. A “source” is far different than an FBI agent, which was the accusation.

The FBI had sources in Al Qaeda, Russia, the KKK, everywhere. A source is just that, a person who tells the FBI things.

As I suggested last week, Daniel Penny was rapidly acquitted of the lesser charge in his "homicide / defense of others" case in NYC.
This is an appropriate result, based on the law.
What wasn't appropriate was the NY DA's office bringing this case in the first place.
That was an injustice.

A general thought on this case, as a lawyer:

Rarely have I seen a case of prosecutorial overreach this severe.

Portraying Penny as indifferent to the balance of lives at risk was a huge trial advocacy error. It simply was not creditable.

Acquittal on the lesser charge won't surprise me, either.
A New York City jury will consider a lesser charge for Daniel Penny in the choking death of subway performer Jordan Neely after jurors could not decide whether to convict him of manslaughter.

Not to mention Biden using his pardon power preemptively to pardon every single attorney employed by the DOJ, and for that matter, every single civil servant in the nation.

No attempt to undo Civil Service "just cause" termination requirements should be allowed.
Democrats complaining about Biden's pardoning of his son really tells me how deeply many are misjudging the danger and urgency of this time. We need the president to use his current power to push back in every way possible now, including FBI background checks on these reckless nominees.
