The company has been sold a few times; one of the buyers died this way. Eventually a lot of the original patents got sold to electric scooter companies.

This shows their building constraints. The Evans pool building was declared a landmark in 2021, and they can't mess with the fire lane or any important trees.

They're not allowed to build on that parking lot because it's within 200' of the water. (Also why it's not really worth knocking down the existing community center; they can't build anything new where most of it is.)

I started replying to every 'money plz' email from Democrats telling them I wouldn't donate money to anyone in their party until their leadership did *literally anything* to stand up to the Trump administration, and the emails have completely stopped.

I used to live two blocks from the Costco in Kirkland and would walk to it pretty often, but the packages are so large you really need a wagon or something for the trip home.
