This hearing is fascinating. I’m glad to hear the justice say it wasn’t our finest hour when it was against the law to leave your home dressed as a woman if you were born male. It reminded me of the scrutiny over women that wore pants and unless we forget the “bikini”. Not relevant but adjacent.

I have a suggestion or two. Get some staffers on researching obscure laws we can use when it comes time, if it ever does. Secondly, stop dying on the sword for a trans swimmer, stop using the term “women’s health“ and just say it “why y’all think it’s so damn easy growing a thing in your body?”
