If I had an actual fursona, I've contemplated bobcat or some other kind of mid-size feline.

I get easily overstimulated so I enjoy being left alone.
But when I do want company, I will go find the people who I enjoy hanging out with. Very much like what's expected of a cat, I imagine.

For Spit, my mascot rat, I chose rat because I had some as pets and found them funny and underutilized in the furry sphere.

Rats are also flexible with size shenanigans.
