Unfortunately no one did anything with that crap years ago. There are few policies of CCP that I totally support. Banning crypto is one those.

It's pretty easy to reduce the effectiveness of crypto related fraud - ban banks from trading with crypto exchanges. That would make buying it practically impossible for normies. It will make scamming normies much harder, no more blackmailing of companies, much harder to launder money.

Bitcoin and crypto should have been banned years ago. It's only good for fraud and speculations without any actual utility.
