Bernina 26 vs 26L foot differences …. We compared the 26 with the new 26L from our Bernina 990. Both are stamped with only the #26. The 26L differs in 2 ways. The spring is shorter & there is a new round collar at the bottom of the spring. The 26L is on top in the pic below.
