And notice how he immediately follows up by lamenting that people are being rude and trying to stifle his desire for debate, even though most of the responses are simply rebutting his lame arguments.

At least it's quite easy to turn it off on Duck Duck Go. Click the gear/settings icon under the search bar, then click Manage on AI Features and switch Assist to Never.

Why not both though? High voter enthusiasm for one candidate over the other combined with restrictions in voter access could've produced this result. Just because voter enthusiasm is a factor doesn't mean voter suppression isn't a factor.

You don't need to imagine the shenanigans that led to Trump winning, when they were obviously tilting the election in their favor with GOP voting restrictions, Musk's platform of disinformation, etc. Trump increased his raw votes by 11 million from 2016-2020. Don't waste energy chasing nonsense.

I think the different levels of nuance between right- vs left-wing positions really contributes to this. RW positions almost always set up a simple scapegoat or bogeyman. "They hate men and masculinity" vs "Many men are taught in various ways that to be masculine is to bully women and weaker men..."

Trump would obviously be worse, but letting Biden-Harris off the hook by describing their actions as "not fully committing to stopping the genocide" is such BS. They're not just sending weapons to Israel, they're also helping cover for their actions. They *are* enabling Israel's horrific actions.

I think he would've been one of those giving a speech riling them up before the violence.

I meant that in general terms btw, which includes myself as not being directly affected. Also, I meant endorsing Harris and organizing for her. Imo, it's fully the campaign's fault that Arab American leaders and orgs have to expend effort to push her on Israel's genocide instead of GOTV operations.

Uncommitted leaders have made it clear that they want to endorse Harris. But they can't make an effective case for others to vote her when she's choosing not to break from Biden's stance on Israel. It's easy for those of us who aren't directly affected to say, "Just vote for the lesser evil."

Please don't smear the Uncommitted Movement if you haven't actually bothered to find out their answers to your "questions". The Uncommitted have made it clear they want to defeat Trump and have urged *against* supporting third-party candidates: www.huffpost.com/entry/gaza-w...
Major Critics Of Gaza War Say Trump Will ‘Accelerate The Killing’
In a careful Thursday statement, the “Uncommitted” movement decried the Republican presidential nominee and third parties who could help him win while expressing frustration with Democrats.

Right, I think that Jamelle is ignoring the complexity of voting behavior while making a good point about the complexity of polling behavior.
