This is what sits with me the most, the standards MAGA sets for ethics and morality are 100% rooted in who, rather than what. No one has been able to explain to me where the common ground can exist under that standard. #midastouch #2025 #doublestandard

I found out this weekend, that someone I barely knew in middle school, has passionately hated me ever since… and I am 34 years old. It’s wild to try and wrap your head around minding your own business and being absolutely loathed #interesting #clarity #mentalhealthmatters

I am finding myself, slowly. Again. At the worst possible moment to be finding oneself. Again. I grew through 2020, I’ll grow through this too. #healing #growth #sustaining

I asked my daughter if she wanted to celebrate the one year anniversary of her toe amputation. She explained that people like MLK are some place good like heaven, and her toe is probably in the trash, so there is nothing to celebrate.

This is scary. This is ~30 percent of the federal budget. And 1 in 3 Americans are covered by these programs.

Build community. Now, connect to people you can learn from. Connect to people who inspire you. And be that in return. Look local, what needs are going unmet? Can you help fill them? Can you volunteer?

Vision board to get a little realignment going. Flood the zone doesn’t get to work, if we’re aware of our personal mental health needs. I need to step out and zoom out, put my head down and do good.

What do you need to do for you? To be the most effective you can be at doing good…

So, there's a coup going on, and lots of us are wondering what we should be doing, right now, today. A suggestion: Increase your giving to organizations and people that are fighting the coup, and who are supporting people in more peril than you are. Maybe start with. @aclu.org and @wck.org
