Since last Saturday, I've been practicing my breadmaking like nobody's business. I made 5 loaves for practice, and 3 that I was happy to serve at a holiday dinner.

I haven't felt this productive in a long time, thanks to my reignited passion for this weird kitchen alchemy.

I cannot BELIEVE that I made this focaccia. Probably my best bread yet. So soft and chewy!

It finally happened! I baked my first loaves of ACTUAL bread! Every previous attempt was a stodgy, collapsed mess. But these two are fluffy with a nice, crisp crust.

Been a big fan of @darrenkorb.bsky.social's music for a while, so I'm pretty proud of this stat on my Spotify Wrapped. I'm sure my Steam annual wrap-up will show Hades 2 as my top game too. Already have 136 hours in!
