Shortbread
Make these moreish shortbread biscuits using just three ingredients. They're wonderfully crumbly and go perfectly with a cup of tea for a mid-morning treat

Exactly that! The west of Ireland is famous for 'dry stone' walls...no mortar or plaster. The idea was that they were easy to repair if a part was dislodged or toppled.. usually be animals. It's a UNESCO protected skill now! ich.unesco.org/en/RL/art-of...

There are walls on the farm that were built by my ancestors..we have records going back to the early 1700s! We've been here for a long time!
