Also, a weird feeling to feel like you’re not in control while still knowing you could “fight” it and take back control if need be. I never used to understand how both things could be true, but I’m stating to get it.

I almost always remember listening to the words and just don’t remember them later, but hypnotic amnesia at all is VERY tough for me, so I consider that a win! I also always feel like I *could* remember if I just tried…but I want the amnesia to work so I just don’t try, if that makes sense.
