DONKEY KONG GB: DINKY KONG & DIXIE KONG (also known as "Donkey Kong Land 3" in some circles) is a Nothing video game. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I got through half of the game while falling asleep. just straight up nodding off. there's bonus levels I guess but i can't be assed to try. zzz

SUPER DONKEY KONG 3 is not a bad game. but the vibe is less donkey kong and more banjo kazooie. the music is flat and farty and so are the bosses. this is the most Rare-ass Donkey Kong Country game. who the hell is kiddie kong

SUPER DONKEY KONG 2 is clearly "The Best One." its bigger and tougher and swampier. there are at least twice as many bees. the graphics are louder and more beautiful. but I miss Donkey Kong. I miss getting to BE Donkey Kong. Surely the next console installment will not disappoint me

after playing Donkey Kong Land all day and staring at its muddy gray backgrounds DKC 2 feels like God's Own Gaming. It's the most beautiful thing that could possibly exist graphically speaking. steering these digital apes around the screen is total bliss. I'm alive again. look at this WATER

this game turned me into Maldy Kong. this game gave me kongo bongo gone wrongo disease. despite it all i can't say in my heart of hearts that it's bad. i woulda loved playing stage 1 over and over on schoolbound buses. this game is total bullshit. best gameboy game released in north america in 1995
