That’s a shame since Jody Allen would definitely be on board.

This quarterback went through five different teams and was the first quarterback drafted in 2018 to reach a Super Bowl.

As a sounder fan (our association football / soccer club) we aren’t known as much as 12s but they are fun games.
January 27, 2026 at 4:34 AM
Yeah it literally means the same thing (11 players on the field, fans are the 12s).

We used to be known as the 12th ma but Texas a&m didn’t like that

Aligned with when it’s ready to safely open more likely.
January 24, 2026 at 6:44 AM
But it’s quite clear they’re using link to get around much quicker. You can go the entire length of the A line in 20 minutes on link; takes an hour on the bus. Metro continues to play a role with their buses but link is where it’s at!!! So happy!!
January 24, 2026 at 6:44 AM
We already have seen a huge shift in riders getting on the 1 line in federal way as opposed to having to take the A line to angle lake. The A line lost 2000 riders in December and angle lake lost a bit too. Normally I’d be sad to see that.

When you cant beat them on the field, that's ok you can blame the refs.

They had a little logo for the user sharing it (it’s anonymous of course)
January 8, 2026 at 1:22 AM
Someone on that bus shared their location with the app. That’s a cool
Feature.

Not to be confused with the 67x series which are actually metro internal route numbers for RapidRide. Those are most indeed trackable and public facing of course they are rapidrides.

So if one ever hears of the 671 for instance that’s the A line.
January 7, 2026 at 9:23 PM
There are a handful of routes like the 224 from Redmond to Duvall and the 249 from s Kirkland park and ride to spring district that are also DART so the same issue is there. No real time reporting but again they post delays of 10+ minutes
January 7, 2026 at 9:21 PM
Yeah DART and Community Shuttle routes (typically 6xx and 9xx routes) do not show real time data because the vehicles are not equipped accordingly. But metro is much better about sending alerts on those routes if there’s delays (they do well on announcing cancelations on all routes).

And Anna, thank you for your tireless work advocating for better transit for all. It matters!
December 17, 2025 at 4:23 PM
When lynnwood and Northgate rounds opened, they fell neatly into the service change loop and made it easy for metro and community transit to adjust schedules accordingly. This one does not. And with unpredictable opening of east link doing it in march does not seem wise.
December 17, 2025 at 4:23 PM
I’m thinking because sound transit wants to do all their restructures at the same time as east link. Even so the best possibility is for march because of planning and driver picks. I’m thinking metro is going to do their restructures this spring for south county.

Actually it is. Because it’s a farce

Yeah we aren’t the first to settle this land and we are actively “deporting” or more accurately abducting First Nations peoples to foreign countries

New York, you have your city back.

Seattle, we have our city back.

I probably would not have voted for
silwa but that doesn’t reflect my views of him as a person. I would burn my ballot rather than vote for cuomo if that was my only choice.
November 17, 2025 at 2:38 AM
Mamdani said all that needed to be said. Adams didn’t call to congratulate Mamdani. Cuomo didn’t call to congratulate Mamdani.

Silwa did call to congratulate Mamdani.

That’s all one needs to hear.

We actually elected Katie on November 4. It just takes time for the ballots to be counted! (Just throwing that out there for the conspiracy theorists out there)

In my first time eligible to vote in Seattle, I was proud to vote for Katie!

Thanks to all those dropping ballots at UW Nov 4
