My son made a radio that works perfectly today in his engineering design class. It’s so amazing to see the problem solving skills kids use to create from what I was allowed to do 30 years ago.

One of my favorite quotes and it applies to teachers but also to every person who interacts with children as we are all in fact educators in our own ways. It’s always about Relationships!!!

We never will fully know the unmet needs a child has. That’s why we must assume that every child has needs that must be met and we must build trusting relationships that empower them!!!
