I don’t disagree. My point is that the current POTUS is ignoring that power and testing it. He’s a MAC truck barreling through barriers.
“Congress shall make no law…” states the limits of Congress. There is nothing (unless I’m wrong) that gives the POTUS a directive on what he CAN’T do re laws.
