This is my yapping account.

Full disclosure, this account is for sharing thoughts and having discussions I come up with from time to time. And whatever in between.

Please feel free to disagree or hold me accountable for any mistakes I make.
Not eating or eating way less than usual wont help you lose weight.

The human body is very complex, it will get used to receive as many calories as you normally ingest, and when that amount is not met, it will enter fat saving mode, which will take a while before it starts burning it.

The key to dating is genuinely to just be yourself.

If it works, great. If not, you've spared yourself years of pretending to be someone you aren't just to force compatibility.

Now ofc, you don't need a perfect match, but someone who fundamentally understands you.

Dry is not synonym for heat.

Antartica is the driest place in the world for instance.

The reason for this is that the temperature is too low for the air to carry any moisture.

That's also why dry ice exists.

One of my biggest regrets from my uni years is not socializing more.

I just put on the facade of being the perfect student that can solve everything and in the end I ended up alone with no one to back me up.

Building lasting bonds is important, took me too long to realise that.

There's a handful things people take for granted.

You can technically breath or speak wrong. For example thete's people that speak exclusively forcing their throat muscles and neglecting the diaphragm. (Underrated muscle btw).

There are specialists to treat these cases which many never consider.

A few years ago I learned a trick to cook pasta using less gas.

Boil the water, add whatever you want + the pasta, stir for a minute or 2 and then just turn off the stove and let the pot rest for 6-8 minutes with the lid on.

It just works like instant noodles.

If you someday wake up with an odd feeling in your body, trust me, give a check.

One day during high school I woke up with my whole arm paralized, my shoulder was stuck holding my left art straight. I asked my mom to take me to the hospital but we couldn't afford it, so I had to put with it.

One of the most difficult things to learn about your body is how to relax certain muscles. Being active and tense is the natural state of a person, even while asleep.

This applies mostly to the neck, shoulders, low back and parts of the legs.

I personally think it's okay for "based on real events" entertainment media to not actually be based on real events.

The memory linked to said events is often something better forgotten, and the idea of taking someone's trauma/tragedy and turn into entertainment media is sorta disrespectful.

I have a quite sad line of thought, which is to accept reality.

Yes 90% of the time is rage, sadness and misery, there's so many awful peoole out there, world itself is dying and life gets more and more mechanized.

That's why I love the real world, cuz that 10% of good things is worth living for.

AI technology for as much of miraculous piece of technology it might be in some regards, it's clarly putting in jeopardy one of the fundamental aspects of learning.

Putting in actual effort.

Years ago I read a few emerging works about teenage years. Tldr they proposed that a person could be considered a teenager up to 24 years old.

And in all honesty, as years have gone by, I start to agree more with that idea.

When it comes to sea water, salt should be one of your last concerns.

Due to both industrialization, waste disposal and even some natural factors, seawater contains a large amount of bacteria that the human body on average is not prepared to deal with.

Reminder that all forms of gambling are objectively bad for anyone and should never be promoted or encouraged.

This includes slot machines, sport bets, gacha games and that dumb roulette game that always lands on red.

I'm sorry to inform you all of the following: After checking all the facts and background info I could get my hands on, a shrimp did indeed not fry your rice.

One of the fundamental abilities you can acquire from playing chess (or any game alike for that matter) is forward thinking.

Simply put it's the ability to connect the dots of action-reaction behind every action.

I.E when moving a pawn you are already thinking of the next move and your opponent's.

For anyone who's into or is curious about choking as a... Let's say pleasuring exchange between partners, you don't actually choke each other.

It's more of a psychological pleasure related to the dom/sub dynamic, although, yes there's probably one person out there who actually enjoys not breathing.

Recently a post about cramps has caught my attention, the general idea was too quickly stand up as you felt the tightening and walk away, whilst it seems to have worked for some people, please don't do this.

First degree burns are easy to treat.

These are superficial burns that leave a red color and itchy feeling on the affected area.

Simply put the burnt area under cold water until it stops itching/hurting and then carefully dry it up.

Family is those who want to see you grow, learn and smile, and it has nothing to do with blood connections.

To the people that gave you life, you only owe them the continuation of that life.

Love is the unconditional support, and not the expectation of getting something in return.

Don't think I ever explained the purpose of this account.

Simply put, I'm not good at anything in particular and my social skills are very lacking, but I'm very good at learning and helping others learn things.

If I could help someone by giving them knowledge they could use, that'd be good enough.

This is a classic one.

If you ever go to a different city, state, region, country or whatever, when it comes to food places, you're better off sticking with local establishments. Asking people who live there is also reccomended.

The logic is to eat where the average resident eats.

Helping others by being yourself should be the endgame of every person.

Tho, it's quite the gruesome task, not only you need to figure out who you are and what do you want, but also, you will always be contested by those who will want to sabotage your every step.

Losing weight or burning far is one of the topics I get asked about a lot.

There's no real simple answer that'll work like a charm.

If you do tons of cardio and sweat a lot, you'll lose weight, cuz your body is dehydrated.

If you cut the carbs from your diet, you'll lose weight cuz you eat less.

Have you ever felt sore after working out or just doing hard labour?

The main cause for this is leftover hydrogen left around the muscle fiber. When you sweat you realease water, or at least part of it.

From the H2O in your body, sweat is kinda like HO leaving 1 H behind.
