Please ALWAYS remember that SSDI/SSI & Spouse/Children Survivors in ADDITION to Seniors RECEIVE Social Security Benefits. I hear about it in reporting as Seniors & while they make up the majority of beneficiaries, we count too. It's IMPORTANT to my disability population that we're seen. Thank you.🙏💜

Social Security by Type as of 2023. 75.2% are Seniors/Retirees, 13.1% are people with disabilities and 11.7% are Survivors.

🏴Yesterday German police enforcing the state's monopoly on violence. A planned pro-Palestine demo in Berlin is banned, so when 500 people gather anyway, the response is beatings and arrests. This isn't about "keeping order" but criminalizing solidarity.
