Is there a beauty college near you? That’s usually super inexpensive, and I’ve only had a bad experience once - just a bit messy, not awful. (Nothing compared to when the licensed guy put an acrylic on askew! Ouch!)

Ugh, I get this. I was laid off in Sept. It’s rough. Where I live, wandering isn’t possible (majorly suburban. Nearest city, 30 min away, isn’t made for wandering, either). But the few days I got to spend in NYC? I felt so much better! (Twenty-Sided Tavern is delightful if you’re into D&D!)
