short termism again no. cost plus means the state assumes no risk now, but on the hook for all of it in the future. going fixed cost means you take on some risk now, but better off in the long run.

yes good point. in general, I think the schedule is only getting busier and the trend will have to be towards lower energy styles of play. mind you, I don’t think this squad can do much of anything.
