Probably just a generalization bc Nosferatu (the original) was an unlicensed film adaption of Bram Stoker’s Dracula, so he basically is Dracula. All the film characters have a rough equal in the book
Count Orlok = Count Dracula
Mina and Jonathan = Ellen and Thomas
Knock = Renfield
Etc
