And, looking elsewhere for education will not be Universities in the USA. Other countries will receive these students gladly.. Cambridge, Oxford, Edinburgh, Toronto, McGill, ETH Zurich, Berlin, Singapore, China, Melbourne.. and they will develop the research facilities to attract students.
