He's been disappointing in the few appearance we've seen this season. I think his limitations were fully understood by the club hence only getting a 2 year contract. He was as good as we could get last summer for a reasonable fee but at least we won't be stuck with him for much longer.

I couldn't disagree more. We stayed up despite Lampard and not because of him. He may have genuinely attempted to unite the fan base but he was woefully out of his depth and is one of our worst managers ever.
